Duck Breasts

Helps meeeeee!!

Actually before the help me bit a BIG thank you to people who helped out with the chicken question a while back. It fell to peices in our mouths. So Good!

Anyway todays conundrum is...

Duck Breasts.

I have 2 of them and no idea what to do with them. Weather here at the moment is between 32 and 46 degrees most nights so I don't want to be hovering over a pan or have the stove on (it doesn't seal so the whole lower house heats up)... which leaves the crockpot.

Any suggestions? I've only cooked duck once and while it was good I'm not sure how to attack round two...

erm... yeah, we eat just about everything.

Ooooo.... I'll have to go down tot he butchers on Sunday and see if they supply the fat as well.

If you call ahead so they can save some instead of chucking it all day, just about any butcher should give you all the fat you can possibly need for free.
